How It Works
1. Browse all inventory on our website.
2. Click the “Rent Now” link under any item you’re interested in to submit a rental request form.
If you want multiple items, please submit them in one request form.
3. Within the rental request, schedule an appointment to visit the Chlos showroom.
4. Pick up and pay for your items at your appointment. If you find more pieces you want while at the showroom, you can add them to your pull!

Policies
Payment and Deposits
Full rental payment for all items is required at pickup. A 30% security deposit or credit card hold may be required for high-value items with a replacement value over $300 and/or a cumulative rental amount of $300. Security deposits are returned at the end of the rental period. If you opt for a credit card hold your card is not charged upfront, but may be charged if items are lost, stolen, or damaged. Card info is shredded after the rental period ends.
Item Condition and Responsibility
All items are professionally cleaned, inspected, and ready to wear. Cleaning is done by Chlos, please do not attempt to clean yourself. Renters are responsible for caring for items while in their possession. Minor wear is acceptable; however, significant damage (e.g., rips, stains, missing parts) may result in additional charges. If an item is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond repair, the renter is responsible for paying the full replacement value. If a security deposit was made, it will not be returned, and the renter will have to pay the difference for full replacement. Please do not smoke in or around the garments.
Late Returns
If you are not able to return items at the agreed-upon date, please email us immediately to make arrangements. If you do not communicate, we won’t be able to work with you to avoid late fees. Late returns will incur a fee of $70 per day, per item if you do not notify us or if there is a booking for the item(s) in your possession immediately after your return date. Items returned more than 14 days late may be considered lost, and the renter will be charged the full replacement cost.
